Refund policy

We prioritize quality and customer satisfaction, but please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item received has a manufacturing defect.

Reporting Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  • Record an unboxing video as proof of the condition the product arrived in.
  • Email us at admin@whiteandivory.in within 24 hours of delivery, attaching the unboxing video along with images of the product and its packaging.
  • Once we review and verify the issue, we will assist you with the next steps. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and pickup details. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Cancellations

You may send us a cancellation request at admin@whiteandivory.in before your order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

For approved defective items, once we’ve received and inspected the product, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 15 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
